Inquiry forms collect contact details and your message. Student login uses account credentials, and applications collect the supported student, Program, academic-year, and guardian details shown on the form.
How information is used
The Academy uses this information to respond to inquiries, verify student identity, review applications, administer academic records and enrollment, and authorize access to protected learning content.
Sessions and security
The website uses HTTP-only session and request-protection cookies linked to the authoritative Frappe session. Credentials and session values are not included in public page content or browser JSON.
Systems and access
Inquiry, account, application, Student, enrollment, and learning records are handled in the Academy's Frappe, ERPNext Education, and Frappe Learning environment. Access should be limited to authorized administration and learning workflows.
Questions and requests
Contact the Academy to ask about information associated with your account or submission, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. The Academy will review the request against its academic and operational record obligations.

This baseline should be reviewed when registration, email verification, analytics, new integrations, payment, or additional learner features are introduced.
