Accounts
Use your own student account, keep credentials private, and provide accurate information. Access may be blocked when an account or linked Student record is disabled or cannot be verified.
Applications and admission
Submitting an application records it for review; it does not itself confirm approval, admission, enrollment, course access, or certification.
Learning access
Protected lessons require the applicable published mapping, enabled Student, admitted Applicant, Education enrollment, and Frappe Learning enrollment. The Academy may correct enrollment records when administrative data changes.
Acceptable use
Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit misleading data, or use Academy content in a way that violates applicable rights or learning rules.
Content and availability
Course descriptions, schedules, lessons, and availability may change as the Academy maintains its academic and learning records. A public course page does not guarantee admission or uninterrupted access.

Contact the Academy with questions about these terms. This baseline should be reviewed and approved before launch and whenever account, learning, payment, or certification features materially change.
